Contract of Employment

Legally an Employer is obliged to provide a Contract of Employment to a new member of staff within two months of their commencement date. This statement will not necessarily cover every aspect of the contract, but will contain certain mutual agreements between employer and employee along with evidence of the principle terms and conditions of the job.
