Employer Checklist

The Employer Checklist is a quick and easy way of confirming your understanding of key pieces of employment legislation specific to young people.  It also gives young people confidence in their application, knowing that we are operating a ‘Duty of Care’ on their behalf.

Duty of Care

When we accept a vacancy from an employer we have an obligation to operate a “Duty of Care” on behalf of our clients. This means we have to establish that employers have the correct insurance and conform to the minimum Health & Safety standards. Therefore for each vacancy we accept we send a copy of the “Employer Checklist” to the employer to complete and return.
